KY3 reporter Sara Sheffield and photographer Cliff Erwin, a former Missouri Southern State University student, pleaded not guilty today in Henry County Circuit Court to charges of failure to obey a reasonable direction of the Highway Patrol while they were doing a live remote at the collapse of the Elks Lodge in Clinton.
Their next court hearing is scheduled for Oct. 6.

Good for them, I hope they see this thing to the finish. Some little pissy highway patrol wanted to make an example of them, since they didn't obey "his" request. Its time for the news media everywhere to stand up to someone yoyo that wants to put them down. If it weren't for the news, this country would already be down the tubes.
