A 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, arraignment is scheduled for McDonald County deputy Jacob Boles, who was indicted last week by a grand jury on two charges of statutory sodomy.
The hearing will be held before Judge Tim Perigo, according to court records. Boles is represented by Neosho attorney Ross Rhoades. He is free after posting bond.
Boles was the deputy who discovered the body of nine-year-old murder victim Rowan Ford of Stella in November.
