The lawsuit filed late today in Harris County seeks unspecified damages, and is at least the second lawsuit stemming from the Aug. 8 crash in Sherman that injured the 38 other people on board.
The suit was filed on behalf of Cham Nguyen, a parishioner who was killed when the bus operated by Angel Tours crashed on its way to Missouri.

Second lawsuit filed in Texas bus crash
A second lawsuit has been filed in connection with the Aug. 8 bus crash in Texas, in which 17 people headed for the annual Marian Days celebration in Carthage were killed, according to the Houston Chronicle:
