First lobbyist Andrew Blunt, brother of Gov. Matt Blunt, continued to add to his remarkable record, as he reported not spending a single cent on his clients during June, according to documents posted today on the Missouri Ethics Commission website.
Blunt has held on to a remarkable list of clients despite never spending a cent since his brother became governor in January 2005.
Apparently, success in lobbying does not necessarily depend on how much you spend, but also on who you know.

Way to go Andy!
As to defining "success" - you are hardly one to do so.
