(Update: Charges in this case were dismissed August 2, 2019.)

The Carthage man who allegedly held a woman captive in his apartment for a month pleaded not guilty this morning during a video arraignment in Jasper County Circuit Court.

NO BOND REDUCTION!
Bad enough he kept her locked up but for him to force her to inject herself with Meth, that could be a life sentence for her. I hope she is able to get clean from drug use.
He should get at the very least, 20 years, and spend every day of it locked up.
What a horrible, evil thing to do.
