Barton County online court records indicate bond for Trevor Marsolick, 17, was posted Monday.
Marsolick was arrested following an investigation into a report that an adult man was having sex with children under age 14, according to a Barton County Sheriff's Office news release.
After interviews with the alleged victim at the Children's Center in Nevada and the arrest, charges were filed by the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney's office.

When did a 17-year old become considered an adult man? I must have missed this new law.
It does say with a child younger than 14. I'm not sure as to when 17 became an adult, but I wouldn't want a 17 year old having sex with my 13 year old(or possibly younger).
