COUNCIL BILL NO. 2019-123
AN ORDINANCE approving an amendment (Change Order No. 3) to the construction agreement with Crews Construction Inc., in the not to exceed amount of One Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-six and no/ Dollars ($151,636.00) for the Tin Cup Lift Station Renovation Project; and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.
