The McDonald County Prosecuting Attorney's Office filed a first-degree sodomy charge against Craig A. Ruble (DOB 1984), Anderson, today.
According to the probable cause statement, Ruble asked a friend to bring him some food. When he arrived, they spoke briefly outside his home, then he asked her to come inside.
When they were inside the residence, Ruble exposed himself to the woman and ordered her to perform oral sex on him, according to the probable cause statement.
After 10 to 15 minutes, they were interrupted and the woman was able to flee, the statement said.
From the probable cause statement:
There are reasonable grounds to believe Craig Ruble will not appear at court and poses an ongoing and credible threat to the safety and well being of the victims in this case based on the following: Ruble has a known history to resist arrest, by fleeing, using violence and deception to evade capture. Ruble has been charged multiple times with Domestic Assault and has been convicted of violating an Order of Protection as well as multiple other narcotics charges.
