The Newton County Prosecuting Attorney filed a rape charge against Caleb Brower (DOB 1996) September 12.
From the probable cause statement:
Caleb Brower committed the offense of Rape in the second degree by engaging in non-consensual sexual intercourse with Vl, a juvenile female at the time, in the basement bathroom of the home located at that address (address was redacted).
Vl disclosed that at the time of the rape she was wearing a
one-piece swimsuit and Mr. Brower was wearing shorts. Vl disclosed that Mr.
Brower pushed her up against the bathroom vanity, pulled her swimsuit bottom to
the side, dropped his shorts, covered her mouth with his hand and then raped
her.

Caleb Brower, will be taking a tour of some of our finest Missouri Prisons when found guilty of his heinous charges.
He probably won't see any prison time at all. These judges around here support pedophile's. It's rather disgusting.
