Craig Alan Ruble, 41, Anderson pleaded not guilty to a sodomy charge during his initial hearing this morning in McDonald County Circuit Court.
Judge John LePage rejected a request for bond and set a bond review hearing for 10 a.m. Monday.
According to the probable cause statement, Ruble allegedly forced a woman to give him oral sex.
