It's still early and less than 20 percent of the ballots have been counted, but the stem cell initiative, Amendment 2, which led early, has fallen behind 53 percent to 46 percent, according to the latest statistics on the Missouri secretary of state's website.
The minimum wage increase proposal so far is being approved by 72.5 percent of voters.
