An 11:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 22 hearing has been set in federal court in Springfield for former Jasper County Drug Task Force head and Jopline Police Detective Frank Lundien and his wife, Hayley, who are charged with bankruptcy fraud.
The grand jury indictment, handed down Jan. 24, alleges the Lundiens concealed property, including two vehicles, and $1,785 from a joint checking account at Joplin Metro Credit Union from the bankruptcy trustee on March 12, 2004.
The 2004 bankruptcy was the second for Lundien, who also filed in 1994 with his former wife.
