Greene County Prosecuting Attorney Darrell Moore, a candidate for Seventh District Congress, answered two questions during his three-minute speech at the Newton County Republican Watermelon Feed at Big Spring Park in Neosho Tuesday night- "Why me?" and "What's the plan?"
