Kinder given three weeks to respond to Koster argument in health care challenge suit

Attorneys for Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder have been given three weeks to respond to Attorney General Chris Koster's concerns about Kinder's involvement in his official capacity in a lawsuit challenging the federal health care law.

Thor Hearne, one of Kinder's attorneys, filed the motion last week, and it was approved today, according to a document filed in U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Koster had no objection to the delay.
