The exit meeting between Joplin city officials and the team from the Missouri State Auditor's office is scheduled for 4 p.m. June 4 at City Hall.
The meeting will be closed to the public under state law.
At that time, city officials will have an opportunity to respond to the audit team's findings. Those responses will be included in the final report, which will be released during a public meeting sometime in July.
Auditors served subpoenas on member of the Citizens Advisory Recovery Team, including its leader Jane Cage, at about the same time that the late Spence Jackson, who was serving as communications manager for the state auditor, confirmed that the audit was looking into the city's dealings with its former master developer Wallace-Bajjali Development Partners.
