* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...MIDDAY TODAY THROUGH MONDAY EVENING FOR
  AREAS OF SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND WESTERN MISSOURI.

* TEMPERATURE...HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL WARM INTO THE LOWER TO MIDDLE
  90S. HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL BE BETWEEN 100 AND 105 THIS
  AFTERNOON AND BETWEEN 104 TO 108 MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES COMBINED WITH HIGH HUMIDITY  WILL
  LEAD TO DANGEROUSLY HIGH HEAT INDEX VALUES BOTH THIS AFTERNOON
  AND MONDAY AFTERNOON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A HEAT ADVISORY MEANS THAT A PERIOD OF HOT TEMPERATURES IS
EXPECTED. THE COMBINATION OF HOT TEMPERATURES AND HIGH HUMIDITY
WILL COMBINE TO CREATE A SITUATION IN WHICH HEAT ILLNESSES ARE
