Ace Mohr, 23, Carthage, is back in the Jasper County Jail being held without bond after failing to appear for a May 1 bond revocation hearing.
The hearing was scheduled after Mohr, who was free on bond while awaiting trial on multiple felony charges, was arrested by the Carthage Police Department March 12 for driving under the influence of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Judge David Mouton revoked Mohr's bond over the objections of Mohr's attorney, Elizabeth Satchell, according to online Jasper County Circuit Court records. Mohr was arrested two days later.
The bond revocation motion included a listing of the felonies with which Mohr has been charged, including possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, distribution of heroin, possession of alprazolam with intent to distribute, receiving stolen property, two counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of Dilaudid 5, and possession of methadone.
Mohr has also been arrested for armed robbery three times. On two of the occasions, both in Carthage, former Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney Dean Dankelson dropped the charges. In the third case, a reported armed robbery at 7th and Moffet in Joplin in August, no charges were ever filed.

why the continual stories about Ace? Is it just so you can dig up a Dankelson story again and again?
It's probably because he seems to be on the path to being a career criminal and someone is going to get hurt if the State continues to do little to nothing.
Yes 11:41, recycle all the old BS is all that's left here. Ace, please...
Just a reminder of how much nonsense is going on in our justice system.
