Both men, Kenneth Ray Vincent, 53, Grandview, and Robert Dale Blackwell, 48, Kansas City, were already awaiting trial on drug charges in this case after being arrested by the Jasper County Sheriff's Department.
An October 18 trial is also scheduled for Vincent in Jasper County Circuit Court in connection with a June 22, 2015 felony arrest for distribution of a controlled substance.
