Three students, one staff member at Carl Junction R-1 test positive for COVID-19

Three students and one staff member in the Carl Junction R-1 School District were in isolation as of October 14 after testing positive for COVID-19, according to information posted on the district website.

Two of the students are from the high school with the other from the alternative school. The staff member is from the junior high.

Seventy-three people, 71 students and two staff members were under quarantine at the time. The staff members were both from the high school. The student breakdown was as follows:
