From the probable cause statement:
I contacted the reporting party by phone {She} stated her nieces who she has custody of, identified as V1 and V2, went to the business. V1 is a 17-year-old female and V2 is a 10-year-old female.
She stated V1 advised she was unable to leave due to Riley being too close to the vehicle and she was afraid to hit him with her vehicle. She stated V1 advised Riley opened her car's door and she was scared he was going to get into the vehicle.
She stated V1 was able to get the car door closed and leave the scene. {The woman} stated she went to the business to contact Riley. She stated she contacted Riley who yelled at her.
A police officer arrived at the business and Riley fled to the rear of the business. She stated after the officer left Riley returned to the front and an employee handed him a bottle of alcohol. {She}stated was willing to pursue charges.
I contacted V1 to interview her about the incident. V1 stated she took her sister, V2, to the business and parked at one of the gas pumps. V1 stated V2 pointed out Riley who was sitting near the front doors of the business.
V1 stated Riley climbed on top of the vehicle and looked to be recording a video with his phone. V1 stated she covered her and V2's faces with a blanket as she was afraid he was going to try and find them if she left.
V1 stated while hiding under the blanket she heard her car door open. V1 stated she was terrified Riley was trying to enter the vehicle to get to her and attempted to drive away. V1 stated her vehicle has a safety feature which prevents the vehicle from driving if a door is open. V1 stated she was able to close the door then left the scene. I arrested Riley and stated he would not speak to me any further.

America is tired of these criminals who do heinous crimes and then have their attorneys and legal teams try for decades to argue to keep them alive on death row. More than half of all prisoners currently sentenced to death in the U.S. have been on death row for more than 18 years.
749 needs to be reminded that life is not like the recent "Barbi" movie where everything makes sense. On the contrary, a geat deal of the problem is radicalization and both mags and dems are equally at fault. Until both sides understand this and tone down the Civil war rhetoric, some other political individual will probably die and we'll be another step closer to losing most all of our freedoms by this administration because their need for absolute control will be supported by less than half the country and a majority of maga minions in congress.

Robinson had registered as nonpartisan in Utah, and had he come from such a Religious Mormon Family - Why didn't he go on a Mission, according to the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints, "single men serve missions for two years and single woman serve missions for 18 months." Doesn't sound like he was as Religious as everyone keeps saying!

I helped this guy with a place to stay and food for a night. I hate to see that his encouraging words that he had have lead to him obviously not getting his shit together and still being homeless on the street. I wish better for people, but people have to want to be better for their own selves as well..
