Giuliani brings presidential campaign to southwest Missouri

Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani brought his presidential campaign to southwest Missouri today, calling for efforts to achieve energy independence and to hut down Osama bin Laden.
Giuliani was appearing at a $250 a plate Springfield fund raiser for Seventh District Congressman Roy Blunt, who made it clear that he has not announced a preference for any of the GOP's presidential candidates:

Giuliani said energy independence was linked to national security because dependence on oil means the U.S. and its allies have to pay money to "our enemies", including Iran and Venezuela.

He also called for a renewed focus on capturing al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden, who he said has been "hiding in a cave" since the September 11 attacks. Giuliani drew applause when he criticized deadlines for a withdrawal from Iraq sought by congressional Democrats.

Giuliani needs to go get himself another girlfriend and mess up his family a little more instead of trying to mess up our country a more.
