Jasper County presiding commissioner candidates make their case
Three of the four Jasper County presiding commissioner candidates, Dave Troyer, incumbent John Bartosh, and J. Pendergraft spoke at the Lincoln Ladies Ice Cream Social Monday at Memorial Hall in Carthage. Candidate Jeff Hammons was not there:
