MCDONALD COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN MISSOURI... * UNTIL 530 AM CST MONDAY * AT 516 PM CST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. EIGHT TO ELEVEN INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS THE COUNTY. FLASH FLOODING WILL LIKELY CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH OF THE NIGHT. * CREEKS...STREAMS...AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODING. LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE... BIG SUGAR CREEK STATE PARK... ANDERSON... NOEL... GOODMAN... SOUTH WEST CITY... PINEVILLE... LANAGAN... POWELL... ROCKY COMFORT... THIS WARNING INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING LOW WATER CROSSINGS... ROUTE DD AT THE ELK RIVER JUST NORTH OF NOEL... HIGHWAY 76...3 MILES WEST OF ANDERSON...
