Sinquefield group contributes $20,000 to Ron Richard

Grow Missouri, a group affiliated with retired billionaire Rex Sinquefield, contributed $20,000 to Senate President Pro Tem Ron Richard's campaign today, according to a 48-hour report filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission.

The Joplin Republican also received $10,000 from Supporters of Health Research and Treatment in St. Louis.

This is sad, and scary. Sinquefield buys politicians. Ron Richard should have refused the contribution to show he can't be bought.
