COUNCIL BILL NO. 2018-151

AN ORDINANCE approving the City of Joplin to enter into an agreement with Hartman & Company Inc., in the amount of Two Million Four Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand and no/100 dollars ($2,458,000.00) for construction of the Schifferdecker Bridge Over Turkey Creek Project; and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2018-156

AN ORDINANCE     approving an agreement by and between the City of Joplin and Northpark Mall/Joplin, LLC, establishing certain obligations regarding the construction and maintenance of a pedestrian and bicycle path connecting Missouri Southern State University and the Northpark Mall; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2018-157


AN ORDINANCE     approving an agreement by and between the City of Joplin and Missouri Southern State University, establishing the respective responsibilities of each party regarding the construction and maintenance of a pedestrian and bicycle path connecting Missouri Southern State University and the Northpark Mall; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2018-158

AN ORDINANCE approving the contract between the City of Joplin, Missouri and Transystems Corporation in the not to exceed amount of One Hundred Forty-One Thousand Four Hundred One dollars and No/100 ($141,401.00) for engineering services associated with Transit System Service Evaluation and Short, Medium, and Long-Term Transit Planning Assistance for the Sunshine Lamp Trolley and MAPS Transit systems; and amending the Annual Budget of the City of Joplin for the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 as adopted by Ordinance 2018-145 on October 15, 2018; and, containing an emergency clause.
