State of Missouri reports one COVID-19 death, 906 new cases

 

Only one death due to COVID-19 was reported during the past 24 hours, according to statistics released this afternoon by the Department of Health and Senior Services.

After several days of posting more than 1,000 and occasionally, close to 2,000 newly confirmed cases, the state had 906 coronavirus cases during the reporting period.

The percentage of positive tests remained high at 13.8 percent.
