Billy Long to be featured on Newsmakers program

Congressman Billy Long (R-MO 7th District) will be the featured guest on the next edition of “Newsmakers” – which will begin airing the week of Nov. 8 on KGCS-TV.

Long, who received 68.7 percent of the votes on Election Tuesday to solidify a sixth term, sits down with Judy Stiles, host and KGCS general manager, to talk about the ongoing Presidential election race – as well as many of the challenges facing Congress and the country.









The show will air weeknights at 5:30 p.m. on KGCS-TV, Saturday, Nov. 14, at 5:30 a.m. on KOAM-TV – and is also currently posted on KGCS’s YouTube channel (KGCS Missouri Southern).

KGCS programming can be seen on channel 21. It is also available on regional cable television systems such as Sparklight, Mediacom and Suddenlink Communications. The station operates as a service of the Department of Communication at Missouri Southern State University.
