A grand jury indictment of a Joplin man on child pornography charge was unsealed today in U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
Jerry Vowell, 33, received and distributed child pornography in Jasper County between January 1 and October 3, according to the indictment.
Vowell is awaiting trial in Jasper County Circuit Court on two counts of promoting child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.
