Joplin's COVID-19 death toll grew to 89 with the Joplin Health Department reporting three deaths today.
The victims were an 88-year-old man and two residents of a long-term care facility, a 94-year-old man and a 98-year-old woman.
The department confirmed 17 new cases bringing the total to 4,317.
