On the House floor this morning, freshman Fourth District Congressman Mark Alford addressed an issue he apparently thought was deserving of consideration on the House floor.
Though that remark wasn't official, Alford, a former Kansas City television news anchor saw Sherman's tweet and felt strongly enough about the topic to respond on his official Twitter (X or whatever you want to call it) account.
Look, all I'm saying is that Travis Kelce was catching A LOT more touchdowns before Taylor Swift showed up.
If Alford is talking about this season, while Kelce didn't catch any touchdown passes Sunday night, after not playing the first game this season because of an injury, he caught one touchdown pass in the second game when Swift was not there and one in the September 24 game when she was.
Last year, Kelce caught 12 touchdown passes in 17 games, meaning he averaged touchdowns in about two of every three games he played, or in other words, at about the same pace he is scoring touchdowns this season.
That leads me to two observations about Alford.
1. He appears to be the one who is distracted by Taylor Swift.
2. He fits in well with this Congress.

Get over it Mark and do your damn job. Your padantic philandering is wasting taxpayer dollars. The collective erection achieved by all you maga types over your vicarious desire to be said tight end,(kelse) of the chiefs, doesn't quite jive with the collective fear you have of said mega hot and financially loaded,(taylor swift) potentially announcing to her swifties to enthusiastically embrace and vote for Brandon. You know its all over if she yanks that chain. He'll ya Brandon's or man!
This is 8th grade nonsense, who gives a shit about these people… I must have a lot more going on in my life than most.. People figure out who you are in life and grow up
710 is obviously staying popular and active down there in the shire. He also is probably a virgin.
Mark Alford - is like most Politicians - whether Republican or Democrat - they Waste more Time on Trivial Issues - than what they were Elected to do which is to serve the People of their District.
Of course Today's Professional Sports and Entertainment Industries - are Multi-Billion Dollar Businesses - and People, for whatever reason - are so caught up of living their lives through these Sports and Entertainment Individuals - that they would spend their last Dollar and Every Minute of what Limited Time they have on this Big Blue Marble - Worshipping them. I do like Sports and Entertainment, but I am Not going to be Living and Wasting my Entire Life - and Arm-Chair Quarterbacking and Worrying about them. Maybe we should all Spend more Time and Focus on our Families, Friends, and our Future - -
Remember - neither Kelce or Taylor are going to know your Name, Pay Your Rent or Your Mortgage, Teach Your Kids or Put your Kids through College, Take care of You or Your Family if Health Issues arise - So again, liking Professional Sports and Entertainment is fine - Just don't Spend Your Entire Life - Devoting all Your Time and Money - to them - because they could care less about you - - Do something Positive and Invest that same amount of Time and Money in You and Your Family - - and you will have a much Happier and Better Return...
Too much caffeine before bed 1120. WTH did you just write?
I guess 6:01 AM - Needs More Sleep -
I agree with 11:20 PM - - People spend to much time and money - invested in trying to live their Lives around and through Sports and Entertainment - when they should be taking care of themselves and their family - Their are a lot of Arm Chair Quarterback - Wanna-Be's out there...
1123 is another one of those whiners that can tell you all about what they think of the problem, but possess absolutely no insight or ambitious desire to actually do the work to make things better. 1123's place in life is on the sidelines throwing out his opinions hoping somebody actually cares.
Please 5:32 PM - Put Down your Bud Light, go get a job, and become a productive member of society. That would make us all happier - - so we don't have to support your A$$.
Now that's a Plan - -
Thank you 731 for demonstrating to all that I own you.
