(From Nexstar Broadcasting)Nexstar Media Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: NXST), today announced that “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” will return to the company’s owned and partner television stations affiliated with the ABC Television Network beginning tonight.
We have had discussions with executives at The Walt Disney Company and appreciate their constructive approach to addressing our concerns.
As a local broadcaster, Nexstar remains committed to protecting the First Amendment while producing and airing local and national news that is fact-based and unbiased and, above all, broadcasting content that is in the best interest of the communities we serve. We stand apart from cable television, monolithic streaming services, and national networks in our commitment – and obligation – to be stewards of the public airwaves and to protect and reflect the specific sensibilities of our communities.
To be clear, our commitment to those principles has guided our decisions throughout this process, independent of any external influence from government agencies or individuals.

Never liked him. Wouldn't have missed him. But those of you who do, congrats.

Never watched or liked Jimmy Kimmel. His previous crude and sexist views of women and African Americans on his previous show, "The Man Show", showed his utter disdain for others.
But Kimmel has never been made to answer just how he thinks groping women on camera, making fun of their weight, mortifying them on the street, and objectifying them on trampolines functions as “satire." While it seems that the Hollyweird crowd accepts that type of treatment, not only of themselves but of the rest of the females and minorities. Of course, all of these Hollyweird Elitist give his actions a "Big Thumbs Up", in the name of "Free Speech", sorry but I feel these are just crude and sexist and that I will never watch anything he is attached too.
Following the #MeToo movement, these clips form "The Man Show" drew renewed attention, leading critics to call Kimmel a hypocrite given his progressive stance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
