Wilson bill referred to Crime and Prevention Safety Committee

HB 885, an attempt by Rep. Kevin Wilson, R-Neosho, to require the impounding of drunk drivers' vehicles, has been referred to the House Crime and Prevention Safety Committee, following a second reading Thursday. No hearing has been scheduled. Marilyn Ruestman, R-Joplin, is one of the bill's co-sponsors.
