COUNCIL BILL NO. 2018-116
AN ORDINANCE approving the City of Joplin to enter into an agreement with D & E Plumbing and Heating Inc. for the construction of the Surface Project 4008, in the amount of Two Million Eight Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Nine and 60/100 dollars ($2,868,759.60); and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving the City of Joplin to enter into an agreement with A-Y-1, LLC for the construction of the Highview Avenue Sidewalk Project in the amount of Four Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand One Hundred Nine-Three and 82/100 dollars ($425,193.82); and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to amend the Developer Agreement with Joplin Bungalows, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Economic Security Corporation of the Southwest Area, to allocate an additional $154,900 for the acquisition of properties corresponding to the development of the Joplin Bungalows senior housing development project and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute said Agreement; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving an Agreement by and between the City of Joplin, Missouri and Publication Printers Corporation, a Colorado Corporation, in the amount of $20,821.00 for the publication of 60,000 copies of the Convention & Visitors Bureau’s 2018 Joplin Visitor’s Guide; and authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement by and on behalf of the City of Joplin, Missouri; and amending the Annual Budget of the City of Joplin for the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 as adopted by Ordinance 2017-167 on October 16, 2017.
