Bond was set at $200,000 cash or surety for Dillon Scott Ruark (DOB 1991).
According to the probable cause statement, Ruark was babysitting two children at a home in the 300 block of Galena Street in Webb City when he "did commit Child Molestation in the 4th Degree by crawling into bed with victims 1 and 2 and rubbing his genitals against their buttocks on the outside of their clothing. He also rubbed their breast area on the outside and under their shirts making it skin on skin."
Victim 2 said she observed Mr. Ruark going into Victim 1 's room on several occasions.
Both victim 1 and victim 2 said this always happened when Witness 1 was either asleep or at work.
Victim and 1 and victim 2 were both interviewed at the Children's Center on 12-13-2024.
The case was investigated by the Webb City Police Department.

Another Sick, Perverted, Pedophile, Dillon Scott Ruark, should spend years in jail.
These people should never be out in society! You can't fix them!! It's not like they can go to therapy and get better. It doesn't work that way for them!! 😡
