Love's Travel Stop, 4013 S 43 Highway, flunked a Joplin Health Department inspection Friday, according to information posted on the department website.
Love's received a priority violation for having potentially hazardous foods in the open air cooler being cold held above 41 degrees.
The cheese temperature was at 52 degrees and sausage temperature at 51 degrees, according to the report.
