Long-time Joplin resident and small business owner Tracy Dawn Martin announced her campaign to be the next Republican judge of the 29th circuit in Jasper County Missouri. She is running for the Associate Circuit Court Division IV.
Tracey is the owner of Martin Law Office, P.C. in Joplin. She has served as the President of the Joplin Republican Women and has been elected twice to serve as the president of the Jasper County Bar Association. She also serves on the board of the Joplin Humane Society and fosters pets for the shelter.
“I am running for Judge and will bring honesty and integrity to the bench,” said Martin. “As a wife, mother, business owner, and attorney, I want to institute a sense of honor and justice in Jasper County to protect our community.”
Martin is well known nationally for representing her son, an Army specialist, when he was facing substandard care for an autoimmune disorder. She was able to get him transferred to Walter Reed Hospital where he made a full recovery. Her work was spotlighted in the Washington Times.

I’m glad that we have Ms. Martin running against the only Jasper county judge in history to be sanctioned officially and unofficially.
Also running against the same person that gets drunk and yells at city employees because his cable went out in a storm while others are without power.

I’ll vote for her if she will enforce the rule of law no plea bargains, no weak judges like we have now Examples Dankleson,Nicholas many more these 2 seem to screw us the most
The problem isn’t the judges, they only agree with what the prosecutor presents. Vote for Mike Roberts for prosecutor. A former police officer who doesn’t like what’s going on in the “make a deal” prosecutor.

I also Second getting rid of these Prosecuting Attorneys who fail to do their jobs and will not prosecute - only cutting deals and giving probation.
7:12 the judges sign off on it, it wouldn’t happen if the judges had backbones and cared about law abiding citizens. However I do thank you for the info on Mike Robert’s as long as he wasn’t a blue flame cop I’m good with that.
We’ve been screwed by these worthless judges so many times, we should file sexual assault charges on them.
