No trial date has been scheduled for Carl Junction Intermediate School Assistant Principal Aaron Bradley Snow, 33, who pleaded not guilty August 18 to misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Snow was arrested following a Highway Patrol stop May 17, which was described in the probable cause statement:
On May 17, 2025, I was traveling westbound on Missouri 171 west of Business 43 in Webb City, Missouri. I observed a 2024 Ford F-150 which was traveling westbound in front of me. The Ford was in the left lane and crossed the dashed line on its right side. I activated the emergency lights on my patrol vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on the Ford. The Ford came to a stop in the parking lot at McDonald's, at the intersection of Missouri 171 and Business 49.
At approximately 2233 hours, I contacted the driver of the Ford and explained the reasons for stopping him. The driver in the Ford was identified by his Missouri Driver License as Aaron B. Snow. When Mr. Snow rolled down the driver's window, I could smell the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle.
I asked Mr. Snow to exit the Ford and accompany me to my patrol vehicle and he complied with my request. Mr. Snow exited the Ford and sat in the front seat of my patrol vehicle.
Once inside my patrol vehicle, I continued speaking with Mr. Snow. While speaking with Mr. Snow, I could smell the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from Mr. Snow's breath and person. I noticed Mr. Snow was slurring his words. I asked how much alcohol Mr. Snow had to drink and he stated, "I've had two beers."
I had Mr. Snow stay in the patrol vehicle and I administered the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus Test. The results are documented on the front page of this report. I retrieved my preliminary breath test instrument. I asked Mr. Snow how much he had to drink and he insisted he had only had two beers.
I asked Mr. Snow, "On a scale from 1 to 10, I being buzzed and 10 being the most drunk you've ever been what would you rate yourself right now?"
Mr. Snow stated confidently "1." I asked Mr. Snow if he would feel comfortable driving around his children in the vehicle with the way that he feels.
Mr. Snow stated, "Yeah, absolutely."
At approximately 2249 hours, Mr. Snow provided a sample of his breath, which showed an alcohol content of .111 percent.
Based on the totality of circumstances, at approximately 2249 Horus, I advised Mr. Snow he was under arrest for driving while intoxicated- alcohol.
After Snow was taken to the Webb City Police Department, another breath sample was taken showing his blood alcohol content at .113 percent, according to the probable cause statement, which also noted that the arrest "was captured on my in-car and body warn camera system."

This is not a good example for students to see where a principal got dwi
One of several former Webb administrators now making big bucks in Carl Junction who think they are above the law. Thankfully highway patrol caught him instead of CJPD who would have let him walk.
Now, when will they catch the former superintendent driving home intoxicated from the Webb City Elks Club?
Especially middle schoolers with him trying to double down about how he thinks it was ok. I dont think you want someone in his position who believes he is above the law and wont accept responsibility for his shortcoming. He drank too much to drive regardless of how he feels.
Unpopular POV. Webb City PD is less than professional. I was asked to file a report against an individual who was arrested in regards to intoxication. They released him while I was in the same room! His PO walked me out (not Webb PD!)!... watching the charged individual drive a key into our family car!... in the PD Parking lot!! Webb City PD's disregard for humanity and lack of training shows. Webb City PD loses reliability with every mistake!
I support troops, I support Law Enforcement!.... I don't support corruption.
Learned behavior from the ex Superintendent Cookie?
So a person who is responsible for kids and leads adults who are responsible for kids says he would have been comfortable driving his own kids with a BAC of .111.
Great decision making. The kind of thing I have come to expect from CJ schools. The most CJ thing ever.
Multiple teachers and administrators having affairs.
Music teacher stalking student and had inappropriate material on school computer.
Now this an administrator who is willing to drive his own kids while having a .111 BAC.
The lack of leadership and accountability in CJ starts with the school board and goes down from there.
He probably didn't think he was really drunk.
🤡 🤡 🤡
Is Carl Junction the equivalent of Sodom and Gomorrah - when is God going to Smite - that City?
He graduated high school from Colgan in Pittsburg, when is a Catholic sober?
Easy now……..
yall know these school kids are subject to the same or worse in their home lives..…. They see you drinking at the restaurant and then drive the family home, they see you smoke that weed and drive them to Dq for blizzards, they see you at the party doing shots and drive them home………
THROW ALL THE ROCKS YOU WANT if you’re perfect!!!
We’re all guilty of this just haven’t got stopped!
Did & do we all make mistakes? Hell yes…..
Let the judge Do his job & the school board do theirs ……….
Damn HYPOCRITES💯💯‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
1:16PM, Maybe if you read the newer post where - a Joplin man was killed, wife in critical condition after collision in Carthage, Southwest City man charged with DWI, manslaughter after having been charged with his 7th (Seventh) DWI - and constantly being let go by Worthless Judges, Prosecutors, and/or Jurors that did not do their jobs and was given Slaps on the Wrist and Deals - - maybe if those Killed and in Critical condition was your Family, Relatives, or Friends - - You might get the attitude of Lock them up and throw away the Keys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And, if anyone wants to set those damn bad habits and examples for their kids they should be locked up too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is called - TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS!!!!!!!
11:13 I’m not sure why you’re raging at 1:16. 1:16 was referring to the comments about this arrest and its effect within the school only. 1:16 was not saying that the assistant principal should not be in legal trouble at all. In fat 1:16 was saying to let the justice system do its job. 1:16 was responding to earlier comments made from commenters about the assistant principal being a bad example to the students which then led to comments about the issues within the school district itself. 1:16 was calling out the hypocrisy of parents. Yes the assistant principal does set a bad example but these parents need to look at their own behaviors that set an even worse example at home, where these students spend much more time watching their own parents behaviors then they do seeing an assistant principal for a very few minutes a day. Please people, learn to thoroughly read a comment before jumping off on a tangent. Maybe even read the comment several times before posting.
Reading used to be fundamental but then a major portion of the right wing listened to a few of their false prophets who convinced them that tv programs like Sesame Street and Reading Rainbow were pinko-commie plots and here we are.
6:20 I love your comment!!
