A woman wanted by Colfax County, New Mexico for three child sex crimes waived extradition during a hearing this morning in Jasper County Circuit Court.
The Joplin Police Department arrested Amber Alberta Seay, 34, Raton, New Mexico at Motel 6, 3031 S. Range Line Thursday on a fugitive from justice charge.
Seay faces charges of conspiracy to commit sexual penetration in the first degree (child under 13), conspiracy to commit criminal sexual contact with a minor in the second degree (child under 13) and conspiracy to commit incest (child under 13).
Seay will be turned over to Colfax County authorities.
