(From the Jasper County Sheriff's Office)
Deputies were provided with a photograph from a game camera showing a male subject walking through a wooded area while carrying a pistol. The individual was later identified as 37-year-old Justin Wayne Thomas.
Thomas was located by the Carthage Police Department and subsequently interviewed by Jasper County detectives. Thomas admitted that he was aware he was not permitted to be on that property. It was further determined that the gun he was carrying was a BB gun.
Following the investigation, charges for First Degree Trespassing were submitted to the Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
Thomas was charged and is currently being held in the Jasper County Jail on a $500 cash-only bond.

What a lunatic, Justin Wayne Thomas, looks like he is about to do something destructive. Does this guy own or have access to any guns, he should be on a watch list, because trespassing even with a BB gun, is extremely suspicious.
Calling Shureloch Homes...
