Joplin High School students receive new laptops
Joplin High School students have received their brand new laptops, at a price tag of around $2.2 million.
In this KSN report, JHS technology specialist Adam Bell talks about the advantages of having the laptops.

Isn't this a good thing? I guess if we gave them no books or computers we could save 2.2 million dollars. Heck, let's turn off the heat during the winter as well and save another chunk of change.
It was a bad thing when Huff was in charge. Now it's a good thing with ol Norm in charge. That's just how the flip flopping, unscrupulous Turner rolls.
Please tell me where I have written one word that says I am in favor of providing laptops to every student. I have not only criticized the expense and the overreliance on technology, but I recently wrote about those same issues on the Huffington Post. This was a news story, not commentary, but I suppose if your sole purpose is to attack me, you are not much interested in the truth.
