Former Joplin R-8 official to participate in Gov. Parson's workforce development roundtable

Former Joplin R-8 Assistant Superintendent Angie Beseendorfer, now chancellor at Western Governors University Missouri, is among the leaders who will join Gov. Mike Parson Thursday in a roundtable discussion of workforce development priorities.

The discussion will focus on Fast Track, priority legislation that opens doors and assists to help meet employers’ needs, according to a news release from the governor's office.

Those scheduled to participate in the roundtable are listed below:
