Habaneros received three priority violations and six core violations.
Priority violations were received for the following:
-Items in the walk-in cooler had missing or improper date marking.
-Cut tomatoes, pico de Gallo and sour cream were being cold-held above 41 degrees
-A leak beneath the sink in the dishwashing area
Core violations were noted for the following:
-A food container was uncovered in the walk-in freezer.
-Scoops used for dry ingredients and seasonings did not handles for sanitary scooping
-Seasonings were not labeled as required.
-Gasket seals on the bottom of the walk-in cooler door were damaged
-Surfaces of the dry storage containers had visible soil and residue buildup.
-Soil accumulations were present on the pavement leading to the back entryway

It’s not the same company as the one on 7th. Go to the original one. Not the one that stole their name
