The National Weather Service in Springfield has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM to 7 PM CST Tuesday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...Roughly along and northwest of the Interstate 44 corridor. * WIND...Wind gusts of 25 to 30 MPH. Sustained 20 foot winds will be near 20 MPH. * HUMIDITY...Afternoon humidity levels between 15 and 20 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
