Search continues for Sarah Burton, missing for seven weeks, candlelight vigil planned

As of Monday, it will be seven weeks since the last time Sarah Burton, 28, Joplin, has been seen.

As the search for Burton continues, the people who created the people behind the Bring Sarah Burton home Facebook page are planning a candlelight vigil, "Lighting the Way Home for Sarah for her 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday, September 10, at Mercy Park, 2601 McClelland Boulevard, Joplin.

Sarah Burton was last seen in the area of 10th and Rex July 16. She has brown hair, blue eyes, is five feet, seven inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.
