State Budget Director Dan Haug announced today net general revenue collections for December 2018 increased 6.2 percent compared to those for December 2017, from $813.1 million last year to $863.9 million this year.
Net general revenue collections for 2018 decreased 2.9 percent compared to December 2017, from $4.44 billion last year to $4.31 billion this year.
GROSS COLLECTIONS BY TAX TYPE
Individual income tax collections
Decreased 3.7 percent for the year, from $3.22 billion last year to $3.10 billion this year.
Decreased 0.5 percent for the month.
Sales and use tax collections
Increased 4.1 percent for the year, from $1.06 billion last year to $1.10 billion this year.
Increased 12.1 percent for the month.
