Incoming state treasurer announces transition team

Incoming Treasurer Scott Fitzpatrick today announced his Transition Team. This team will provide guidance and expertise on policy priorities and initiatives.

“As the next Treasurer, I look forward to continuing my work ensuring Missouri’s financial security and promoting government transparency and efficiency,” Fitzpatrick said. “I am grateful for the leadership of my Transition Team as we continue to serve Missourians.”

“I look forward to working with incoming Treasurer Fitzpatrick as he protects and moves the State’s finances forward,” Sarah Steelman, former State Treasurer said. “I am pleased to serve on his Transition Team.”

David Pearce will continue as Senior Policy Coordinator in the Treasurer’s Office, a role he has held since 2017. Prior to his work in the Treasurer’s Office, Pearce worked as a banker at the First Community Bank of Warrensburg and served in the General Assembly for 14 years.
