An Eastern Kentucky University football player and his father were arrested Saturday after allegedly assaulting the team's defensive secondary coach in the parking lot following a 31-7 loss.
Eastern Kentucky University released the following statement:
“Following Saturday night’s football game, Rashad Watson, a member of the EKU football coaching staff, was assaulted by an EKU student-athlete and one of their family members, in the stadium parking lot. The police broke up the altercation, and after the initial on-site investigation, Watson was released. The two other individuals were placed under arrest. The student-athlete is suspended from the football team. This is an ongoing investigation.
Watson is a former defensive coordinator at Missouri Southern State University.
Those arrested were Charles V. Ingram V, 22, and Charles Ingram, 47

This Football Player should have his scholarship terminated and sent packing after he does his jail time. And both the Parent, who should have taught his son violence is not the answer, and his son should be thrown into jail for doing such a heinous act - what an example to set. Yet this is how people are acting today - like animals - "If, I don't get my way", so I am going to have to rob, hit, shoot, or kill someone - there has to be violence and hate - until they get caught - then it is all about racism - which seems to be part of the playbook.
