Joplin teen held on $5,000 cash-only bond after arrest on five felony forgery charges

A $5,000 cash-only bond has been set for a Joplin teen who was arrested Thursday following the execution of a search warrant at 2212 South Grand, which is across the street from Joplin High School.

Online Jasper County Circuit Court records indicate Ryan Mace-Canterbury, 17, is charged with five felony forgery counts.

A Joplin Police Department news release issued Friday said detectives seized 46 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and more than $600 in counterfeit money.

The best thing is to keep the kid out of his home. It's a zoo. I hope the other minor children are removed immediately.
