Can this poor old man just do us a favor and shut up. His thug owes the money period. Oh wait, the thug is not used to paying anyone back the millions he has grabbed based on lies and fraud, with no consequences. Lied to receiver too. Didn't pay him the 1.5 million, Ripped off 11 million from investors. Didn't pay them back. Several banks are owed millions. Never paid them. Took from friends, never paid them. Took 5 million from Prime, screwed them. Lies to corpus Christi, never even started project. They finally had to fire him. Amarillo was left with crazy plans hanging, screwed them. Fired! So why not pay your bills for once? He's not used to it.
I'm NOT saying this against in a negative way towards the above comments. I'm saying this alleged crook will NEVER pay back a penny to the city! Its not his M O! It's sad, don't get me wrong, but that's how it seems he alleged operates? Just one Joplin persons opinion.
Good to hear. Let's put it this way: which is more likely, that Joplin's lawyers would fail to properly serve Bajjali, or that in the mess of the meltdown of all his schemes and the resulting lawsuits that he'd either lose track of them and fail to respond to one, or not have the money at the time to hire a lawyer who can practice in Missouri?
I'm sure it's more of the same kinds of incompetence, and its good the city won't have to pay so much in legal expenses to extract whatever blood they can from this stone/save what face the city can, which after the audit isn't much.

Yup. Squeeze a doodie and you don't get anything but squeezed doodie.

The judge ruled today against Bajjali's request for a new trial.
That's good news. Hopefully he pays what he owes the city.
