Joplin man to be held without bond while awaiting final probation revocation hearing

A Joplin man was ordered held without bond during a probation revocation hearing this morning in U. S. District Court in Springfield.

Judge David P. Rush ruled that there was probable cause to hold Frank Ness, 54, and schedule a final revocation hearing.

Ness was on probation after pleading guilty to child pornography charges in 2015 and serving approximately eight years in prison.

Frank Ness - Once a Pedophile - Always a Pedophile - - Jail Time will almost never change a Criminal - Once they get out they will continue down the same path.

So Do Not Ever Feel Sorry for the Criminals - Feel Sorry for the their Victims.
